Is InvoiceFiler bookkeeping software?
No. InvoiceFiler renames text-based invoice PDFs. It does not perform accounting, reconciliation, categorization, approvals, or bookkeeping entries.
Can I use it for several client folders?

Does it connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
No. The current version has no QuickBooks, Xero, cloud storage, or accounting integrations.
Are client invoices uploaded?

What kinds of invoice PDFs are supported?
InvoiceFiler supports text-based invoice PDFs in current desktop versions of Chrome and Edge. Scanned and image-only PDFs are not supported.
